- Biofield is one of the names used to refer to the body's energy system. It includes the aura, chakras, meridian system, and life force.

Is this the same as Reiki?

- No, Biofield Therapy and Reiki are both powerful yet very different healing modalities. As a simple explanation, with Reiki the Reiki energy is put into the body, goes where it's needed, and pushes the stagnant or heavy energy out. With Biofield Therapy the client's energy field is tested, the stagnant or heavy energy is removed and dispersed, then fresh vital energy is placed into the body's energy centres and tender areas.
